What services do you offer?
Valeria offers 1:1 coaching services, breakthrough intensives, and personal mentorship programs focused on self-worth, healing from relationship trauma, building confidence, and cultivating healthy love and success in all areas of life. All services are personal development and coaching-based, delivered via live video calls and online platforms.

What currency are your services listed in?
All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD $).

What is your refund policy?
Your first introductory call is complimentary. If you choose to move forward with any of Valeria’s services after the initial call, all sales are final. No refunds are provided for completed sessions, coaching programs, or courses once purchased.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Once your call is booked, that time is reserved specifically for you. We kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Short-notice cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.

Shipping or Delivery Policy
There are no physical products shipped. All services are delivered digitally through scheduled video sessions, email, or online platforms. Details about access and scheduling are provided upon purchase.

Return Policy
Because all products and services are digital and/or time-based services, there are no returns once a service has been provided.

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Any personal information you provide (such as your name, email, or payment information) is kept confidential and used only to deliver coaching services, process payments securely, and provide a personalized client experience.
